Spring Wildflower Honey - JHF

Depending on the time of year, Johnson Honey takes on three distinct colors "white", "light amber", and "dark amber". Each color yields a slightly different flavor but as a general rule the darker the honey, the deeper the "honey" flavor. 

This "White" colored honey has minimal honey flavor while supplying the other benefits of wildflower honey: natural sweetness, allergen support, and the signature complex floral notes of Johnson Honey!
